FILLING: Chianine beef( Central Apennine White Veal PGI made in Italy) 64%, Fresh Ricotta cheese made in Italy (pasteurized cow MILK WHEY, pasteurized cow's MILK, salt), Grana Padano PDO cheese (MILK,rennet,salt,LYSOZYME: egg protein), CELERY, fresh carot , fresh onion, rosemary, sage, garlic, red wine (contains sulphites),salt, pepper.
