Pasta produced with Durum WHEAT flour made in Italy, soft WHEAT flour type 00 made in Italy, fresh pasteurized free-range EGGS 28% made in Italy. If green with spinach leaves 3%. If red with tomato powder 3%.
FILLING: Fresh Ricotta cheese made in Italy (pasteurized cow MILK WHEY, pasteurized cow's MILK, salt), porcini mushrooms 30% (of total) (Boletus edulis e relative group porcini mushrooms 88.61%, dried porcini mushrooms 3.80%, extra virgin olive oil, salt , garlic, parsley) * Asiago PDO cheese 10% (cow’s MILK,salt,rennet), Grana Padano PDO cheese (MILK,rennet,salt,LYSOZYME: egg protein), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type 00, salt, active dry yeast), pepper.
