FILLING: browned pork and beef meat 50%, mortadella (pork, pork tripe,mechanically recovered pork meat, pork fat, salt, spices, natural flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite) , Fresh Ricotta cheese made in Italy (pasteurized bovine WHEY, pasteurized cow's MILK, salt), Grana Padano PDO cheese (MILK,rennet,salt,LYSOZYME: egg’s protein), rosemary, sage, laurel, garlic, salt, NUTMEG, red wine (contains SULPHITES) , CELERY, carot and onion.
