Pasta: Mixture of flours for dumplings (potatoes flour 70%, WHEAT flour type 00 (contains gluten), CORN starch, potato starch, salt, natural flavouring), water, potassium sorbate. Sprinkled: rice flour.Emulsifier: e471, Stabilizer: e450, Antioxidant: e304, Acid Corrector: e330, Preservative: e223.
Filling: ricotta cheese (cow MILK WHEY, MILK cream, salt),SPECK 19%(pork meat,salt, natural flavourings), starch, potato flakes, food fiber,salt,rosemary. Preservative: potassium sorbate
Made in a factory that also processes fish, crustaceans, shellfish, dairy products, celery, tree nuts.
Time cooking: until they come to the surface. Then drain and season the dumplings.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere, do not pierce the package, once the pack has been opened to use within 4 days. Store at temperature not exceeding 3° c. Product subject to weight loss.
