FILLING: Fresh Ricotta cheese made in Italy (pasteurized bovine WHEY, pasteurized cow's MILK, salt),fresh spinachi 22%, blue cheese (whole MILK) 26% (of the total) , dried cherry tomatoes 15%, Grana Padano PDO cheese (MILK,rennet,salt,LYSOZYME: egg’s protein),breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type 00, salt, active dry yeast), salt, pepper.
