Fresh Ricotta cheese made in Italy (pasteurized bovine WHEY, pasteurized cow's MILK, salt), SAURI'S ham PGI 18% (pig's leg, salt, pepper, garlic), smoked with beechwood, Piave PDO cheese 6%(MILK,salt,RENNET,lysozyme:EGG’s protein), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type 00, salt, active dry yeast),salt, pepper.

Cooking time: about 5-6 minutes
