Pasta produced with Durum WHEAT flour made in Italy, soft WHEAT flour type 00 made in Italy, fresh pasteurized EGGS of hen grown up free in Italy 28%. If green with spinach leaves 3%. If red with tomato powder 3%.
FILLING: Fresh Ricotta cheese made in Italy (pasteurized cow MILK WHEY, pasteurized cow's MILK, salt),fresh pumpkin 70% (of total), mushrooms semi-manufactured 10%(of total)(Boletus edulis and relative group porcini mushrooms , dried porcini mushrooms , extra virgin olive oil, salt , garlic, parsley), amaretti (sugar,apricot KERNELS 20%,EGG white ),NUTMEG ,Grana Padano PDO cheese (MILK,rennet,salt,LYSOZYME: egg protein),breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type 00, salt, active dry yeast).
Made in a factory that also processes fish, crustaceans, shellfish, dairy products, celery, tree nuts.
Cooking time: about 5-6 minutes
Packaged in a protective atmosphere, do not pierce the package, once the pack has been opened to use within 4 days. Store at temperature not exceeding 3° c. Product subject to weight loss.
