FILLING: Fresh Ricotta cheese made in Italy (pasteurized cow MILK WHEY, pasteurized cow's MILK, salt), truffle sauce 9 % (mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, SUNFLOWER oil, black olives, summer truffle 1% (tuber aestivum vitt.) flavouring, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese (MILK,rennet,salt,), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type 00, salt, active dry yeast), semi-manufactured truffle (dextrose, flavouring, starch.) .
