Pastificio Artusi produces fresh egg pasta, fresh filled pasta and potatoes dumplings: this production established in a short time thanks to its high quality and its good service offered.

The brothers Alberto and Enrico Artusi have been working in the production of fresh pasta since 1998 and they reached an high quality production due to the best ingredients selected on the market and the best production techniques available.

In 2001 Enrico and Alberto decided to open the historical Nello’s pasta factory in Padova located under the most ancient building of the city: Palazzo della Ragione. This was the first pasta factory born in Padova in the 50s. In this way they have recovered the old traditional and historical production of pasta of the city, that nowadays is the reference point for everyone in Padova.

Pastificio Artusi uses only the best ingredients available in our country: Asiago DOP cheese, Speck alto adige IGP, Chianina meat IGP, Montasio DOP cheese and Piave cheese DOP,

Pastificio Artusi revives some of the old and traditional productions of “ senator Capelli” that is an old wheat pasta. Further examples are the bigoli mori and the tortellino with the famous hen of Padova “pro Avibus” in collaboration with the agriculture faculty of the university of Padova.

 

In 2003 Artusi brothers opened a new factory to comply with all the legal regulations, in this way they had the opportunity to expand the variety of the production, reaching up to 150 different types of pasta. The meat and the vegetables, used to create all the fillings, are made with high quality ingredients; glutamate and preservatives are completely missing.

In 2011 Pastificio Artusi run a new production site in Caslserugo with a 1300 square meter dedicated area for the production. Nowadays Pastificio Artusi serves more than 4000 different customers and sell part of the production to Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Czech Republic,China.Then in 2015, a new wire drawing machine with bronze dies has been set up to increase the production capacity up to 300 kg/h.

2016 was launched the new line for the production of bronze fresh pasta production with a production capacity of 300 kg / h in flow pack
